The conventional proof-earthquake construction had the risk of a functional failure through it could prevent a collapse of the structure. New system (seismic isolation system) can reduce shaking by insulating a building using laminated rubber from the ground. So it can protect both the structure and its inside. For example ,when an earthquake with a seismic intensity of 7 is generated , the sensational seismic intensity is about 3.5. The hotel building and its function doesn’t have any problem too.
